The CVI at 50, currently indicates an average vulnerability. A value below 50 would indicate a lower than average vulnerability and conversely for a value above 50. As far as the individual components’ vulnerability scores compared with a year ago are concerned, there was an improvement in real net wealth per capita, and a slight deterioration in real credit growth. Other components remained at their levels recorded in the fourth quarter of 2016.
