Every business has questions which need answering: How much oil is in this reservoir? How much electricity do I need to produce to meet demand? How much will this project cost? How much contingency do I need to put aside to cover my operational risk? What is the probability of the NPV of a project being in excess of $100 million dollars? How likely is it that my project will finish on time?

Trying to predict the future is an inexact science but the reality is that comprehensive quantitative analysis doesn't have to be complicated or time-consuming. I am pleased to announce that we are now taking bookings for our next training seminar on @RISK and the DecisionTools Suite in Sandton, South Africa.

The seminar is a three day course that will be taking place on 15-17 April. The cost for this course is £1,495 GBP per delegate, and a full agenda for this course can be viewed here. The course does not require any prior experience of using Palisade software but an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel is recommended. Participants will need to bring a laptop with a copy of Palisade software installed upon it.
