These are some common questions and answers related to our EasyData service.
- How does EasyData licensing work?
There are no licenses per user, access is granted to a department or organisation for unlimited user accounts. The EasyData registration facility allows users to register using their company email address and IP range. - I forgot my username and or password. How do I reset my login details?
On the home page www.easydata.co.za click the "Forgot your password?" link next to the Log in button. You will be presented with a new page where you enter the email address you have used to sign up for an account. After submitting your reset request, you will receive a email with your username. Click the reset password link to create a new password. - Where can I find help on how to use the EasyData website?
Please visit the EasyData help page on the EasyData website. The help page guides users through basic setup requirements and data extraction tasks. - When is data updated?
Each data set is updated as data becomes available from the source. Updates for a particular data set may take up to 24 hours. Updates are announced on www.easydata.co.za.
